PageRankAlert is a free online service that tracks Google Page Rank of any web pages you want to monitor.

You can add any number of webpages to track the Google Page Rank (100 webpages at a time).

Just add the webpages to PageRankAlert; thats all.  You are done.

It will then send you email alerts when the page rank changes. You can also get the updates via RSS.
