Opera Mini browser was submitted on Apple iTunes store in March last week. There were so many debates going on in blogosphere, about the approval process by Apple. As it is a direct competition to Safari, many predicted that this won’t be approved by Apple.
Despite of all these arguments, Opera Mini Browser is now made available to public in Apple Store. This app has been approved by Apple on 13 Apr 2010, after 20 days.
It’s slick interface really gives a better performance. Here are few screenshots from Opera Mini Browser.
Most of the countries have identification symbols for their currency. $ is for U.S Dollar, £ for GBP, € for Euro etc.,
But Indian currency, Rupee, does not have a unique identification symbol. So for, Rs has been used to denote the Indian currency and there is no official symbol to identify the Indian Currency.
This would be a great opportunity for all artists and designers to take part in this historical competition.
Are you not an artist? No worries, still you can take part in the historical event.
Economic Times came up with a set of currency designs that are designed by it’s designers. This has been released to public to select the best design out of the set.
All these designs along with the public view will be sent to Ministry of Finance. Visit the following link to select your own symbol from the set.
