This is definitely a great news to all users and photographers who share photos often in Facebook.
Facebook photos are now available in better resolution and full screen mode.
I have been having concerns with the recent changes made to Facebook Photos few months before, as it was not showing high resolution photos.
Yesterday Facebook rolled out a new update to Facebook photo viewer.
Now the photo viewer will automatically display photos in the highest resolution possible. On a large display, this can be up to 4 times bigger than before.
How to get the full screen mode in Facebook Photos?
If you’re using the latest version of Firefox or Chrome, click the arrows at the top-right corner of a photo to expand to full screen.

Isn’t a cool tip?
This new feature will have considerable impact on the load time. However, it is definitely a better trade-off as it gives high resolution photos.
Thanks to Facebook team!
Facebook Ticker is a nice feature to get real time updates about your friends.
At the same time, this has been heavily criticized since the day it was introduced for so many reasons.
Few may like it few may not. If you want to hide Facebook ticker, without installing any browser extension here is a tip.

Just click on the top right of the ticker pane, Hide Ticker, to hide. This will not close the ticker, it just hides the ticker.

Click Show Ticker the updates when you think you need.
